last year…..was a sweet year! Rachel & Matt

This is one of those weddings that comes along that just seems to be made just for me. A perfect couple, perfect location (Black Mountain Sanctuary) , perfect light, perfect timing, just perfect. Did I mention Rachel is an archer, loves contra dancing and has a handsome new husband?! Congrats you two.

It was fascinating watching Parker J. take these photos here at Black Mountain Sanctuary. It was an enchanted day, and a wonderful couple to work with. It was so creatively inspiring to watch him work, to see his process. Having confident command over the equipment and technical part of the equation allows for creative freedom I would say; and that creativity does flow! He works so masterfully with people, and is such a lovable guy too…he knows how to get the best out of everyone. I look forward to having Parker J. back for another wedding here soon hopefully!

Those forest photos are really beautiful. Who wouldn’t want something like that on the wall at home?

The archer shot reminds me of a film I saw last night.

Parker I can get away from the image of the bride by herself with the veil. There is something captivating about that images. There is a story behind it, I know there is but what I don’t know. Is the mystery. Great work as always.

Hi Parker… Since I saw your work for the first time on Photovision DVDs, there are 7 years ago, you are my reference in wedding photography. And this was crucial for me to have achieved success with my work. I’ve done workshops with Julia and Jefrey Woods, jerry Ghiones, Ray Roman, Yervant, Jim Garner ( all of them in Brazil ), but make your workshop has always been my greatest desire, because in my opinion, you are the best in the world.. You do not have plan to do a workshop in Brazil…??? Thanks…
